  • No Pie Plates or TV Dinner Trays
  

  Paper:

 Newspaper,Inserts,    Magazines,Telephone Books, School Paper and Office Paper, Junk Mail, Cards, and Envelopes

  • No Blueprints, Carbon Paper or Metallic Paper

Materials Preparation These items are NOT recyclable
Scrap metal, white goods Appliances, washers, stoves, and car parts.  Non metal attachments must be removed. Items that are made mostly of other materials i.e.: car seats, box springs, etc.
Lead acid vehicle batteries Car, boat, motorcycle, etc.  
Vehicle tires 2 collections/year; see attendant for details.  Schedule  
Yard Waste Small quantities of grass clippings, leaves, & tree trimmings. Remove rocks, stones, & papers. Limbs & stumps larger than 3" in diameter can be taken to the Five Points or Farwell Composting sites.  
Magazines & Unwanted "Junk" Mail Leave in a brown, paper bag. Telephone books and envelopes okay. Do not use plastic bags or bundle with wire. Hardcover books
Corrugated Cardboard
  • Breakdown and Flatten any cardboard boxes
  • No Pizza Boxes
  • No Styrofoam or Packaging
  
Display, PC, TV, LaptopComputers, TVs, Printers & other Electronics Electronic recycling is for Cattaraugus County residents only.  Proof of residency will be requested.
